and knowledge to my clients I can possibly give. I am
committed to being available more hours of the day and
more days of the week than most other professionals,
both inside and outside of the real estate business.
I commit to be honest with my clients and will not tell
someone what they want to hear if it is not true or
not likely to happen. I realize I may lose clients by
being truthful while my competitors may tell them what
they want to hear to temporarily get their business.
In the long run, I know my honesty will pay off in other
ways.

will always make sure my clients have all of the information
I have available to me so that they can make informed
decisions. I realize that in the end, the decision belongs
to my clients and not to me and I will respect the choices
my clients make.

will remember and will help my clients to understand
that our relationship is akin to being a team. In order
to be a winning team, my clients and I must work together
and have mutual respect for one another to get to our
goals.

will freely give of my time and resources to help my
community and those less fortunate and I will never
lose sight of the fact that there are many who need
our help. I will aim to also educate my fellow agents
in order to raise the standard by which REALTORS are
measured in the eyes of the public.
